What is Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking lets you stay in touch with your accounts while you are on the move. You can view account balances, transfer funds and find ATMs right from your smartphone. Bank from your phone using our iPhone app, or our Android app.
How Do I Sign up for Mobile Banking?
Once you are a registered internet banking user, you may access mobile banking by downloading the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. You will use the login id and password you created during your internet banking enrollment to access your accounts thru mobile banking.
Is there a fee for using Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking is currently free for UNB Bank online banking users, however your wireless carrier’s data and message rates and roaming charges may apply.

Is Mobile Banking Secure?
Yes. Just like Online Banking, we use the same 128-bit encryption to help keep your information secure and private. UNB Bank’s Mobile Banking doesn’t store any personal or account information on your phone.
What information is stored on my phone?
UNB Bank does not store any personal or account information on your phone. Never email your personal information to anyone, and do not store your username, password or account information in the notepad or address book of your phone.
How can I protect my personal information while banking from my phone?
When you use Mobile Banking, there are steps you can take to protect your accounts and sensitive information.
What if my mobile phone is lost or stolen?
You should notify your carrier right away. No one can access your UNB Bank account information without knowing your username and password, but you can always contact us at 570-339-1040 or 877-786-5805 and we can assist in changing your login information.
What is the difference between “current” and “available” balance?
Current balance is your total account balance. Available balance is the amount of money in your account which you can use: Current balance – any pending transactions or deposits on hold.
How do I change my Mobile Banking account nicknames?
We use the same nicknames in Mobile Banking that are used in Online Banking. Therefore, you must login to Online Banking from your computer and change the names there.
How many transfers between accounts can I make?
Transfers from your regular checking account are unlimited, however Federal regulation limits the number of withdrawals and transfers you can make from your Money Market or Savings accounts during each statement cycle. You can make up to six withdrawals (including electronic fund transfers, telephone transfers, checks, and pre-authorized payments and debit card purchases) per statement cycle. Each transfer or payment is counted as one of the six limited transfers. You may make unlimited withdrawals at an ATM or in person with one of our tellers.
How long until my transfer is posted?
Transfers between UNB Bank accounts post immediately and the funds are available for all purposes right away.
