Dwain J. Barlow was recently promoted by the Board of Directors of UNB Bank to the position of Vice President. Mr. Barlow has been the Chief Credit Officer for the Bank since October of 2013 and is responsible for managing the daily credit functions of the Loan Department as well as overseeing the direction and development of the Bank’s loan portfolio.

Dwain currently resides in Frackville, Pennsylvania with his wife Maryann and their family.
